1. What are the dates of the production?
The production has opened in Shanghai in late 2016 and tickets are currently available until 30th September, 2017 (matinee performance).
2. What is the running time?

Sleep No More lasts for up to three hours. All audience members have the opportunity to have a full performance experience regardless of arrival time.

3. Is there an age limit?
Nobody under the age of 16 is permitted to watch the show. Identification may be required.
4. As an international performance, will there by subtitles in Chinese?
The show is physical performance with very little dialogue. There are no Chinese subtitles.
5. Can I return my tickets or exchange them for another performance?
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable once a booking has been made. Please select your tickets with care when booking.
6. Are you able to issue an invoice for my ticket purchase?
Yes. You could email the "invoice title", "oder number", "sum of money" and "contact information" to booking@mckinnonhotel.cn.
7. What is the performance schedule?

9. Why are there multiple arrival slots for each performance? Will I miss the show if I select a later arrival slot?

Due to the unique nature of Sleep No More the audience arrives at different times. However, all audience members have the opportunity to have a full show experience, regardless of their arrival time. Please select the arrival time that is best for you.

11. Is McKinnon Hotel a real hotel?

The McKinnon Hotel is not a "real" hotel by normal standards. It is a fictional hotel and part of the world of Punchdrunk's Sleep No More.
